What a delicious meal! We loved everything we ate. Our group of 4 shared 8 dishes and couldn’t decide on a favorite. Very high quality meat. Very good wine list. Very friendly staff.

Nice atmosphere within downtown Salamanca. We had a reservation and had to preselect our food options before arrival so no idea about the range of choices. But we ended with a 6-course meal, and it was great. I ate pig ears for the first time, and nothing could have prepared me for that experience. Also had a cold soup that was 100% garlic.

Just go, but don't try the tempura. Very greasy and salty. The special "soup" with frozen cheese is a must! Nice staff. The esplanada was great, in a quite and sunnt area.
